Flexible Benefits Program Quarterly Training

Quarterly training has been scheduled for the Flexible Benefits Program Business Processes and the Flexible Benefits Reporting Toolkit (FBRT)!

The Flexible Benefits Program Business Process Training will provide guidance on how to perform day-to-day operations for Flexible Benefits. The training will focus on the Flexible Benefits Program business processes and the importance of timely and accurate data entry.

The FBRT training provides information that can also be used to support ongoing business processes for managing employee and flexible benefits information. You will receive guidance on the flexible benefits reports, how to determine the correct amount to pay, and when to submit payments to Alight each month.
