Quarterly Sales Report Webinars

The Department of Administrative Services’ State Purchasing Division team invites all Statewide Contract Suppliers to attend a live webinar to preview the Quarterly Sales Report (QSR) submission and payment process in the new GA@WORK system. 

This webinar will provide a step-by-step overview of the entire lifecycle, from receiving and submitting your QSR task, to invoice generation and fee payment.

What you’ll learn:

  • How and when QSR tasks are assigned
  • Submitting accurate sales data using the new GA@WORK Excel template 
  • Avoiding common upload errors and failures 
  • Navigating system-generated invoices and compliance statuses 
  • Multiple payment options: ePAS, check, and ACH/EFT 
  • What to do if something goes wrong 

The webinar is being offered on multiple dates to accommodate scheduling needs. Statewide Contract Suppliers are asked to attend only one webinar per supplier.
