21.1 Forms and Terms of Payment

All payments must be made through Surplus. State agencies may not accept payment for surplus transactions. Surplus cannot accept cash, personal checks, or money orders from eligible donee organizations. 

Payments are accepted as follows:

• State and Municipal Government agencies
  • Entity Credit Card (P-Card)
  • Entity Purchase Order
  • Entity Check
• Nonprofit agencies
  • Entity Check
  • Entity Credit Card 

All administrative and service charges must be paid prior to loading or removing property.
